This full renovation transforms an 80 m² apartment by rethinking its layout and celebrating its original charm.

By removing the central corridor, the new design opens up the floor plan, expanding the living area and establishing a fluid connection with the kitchen. A newly added French door enhances access to the terrace, brings in more natural light, and frames charming rooftop views.

Original details, such as the palladiana floor, were carefully preserved and reimagined. Framed by timber flooring, the stone surface now reads as a rug, a textured focal point that grounds the home with warmth and memory.
